Nine times NBA All-Star After playing for the Los Angeles Clippers for five seasons, Paul George signed with the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers made a major effort to sign him.
Prominent personalities such as team owners, executives, and even Sixers star Julius Erving paid George a visit at his Los Angeles residence. The team played a video for him that included several well-known figures, including MLB legend Mike Trout, comedians Kevin Hart and Lil Dicky, and Philadelphia Eagles star Saquon Barkley.

Thus, it was pretty cool. Paul George remarked, “That was a really cool video with a lot of energy behind the city.”
Mike Trout was raised in a place not far from Philadelphia, so he has a close bond with the city. He is a well-known supporter of the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles and the MLB’s Philadelphia Phillies.
“I had no desire to leave Los Angeles. I wasn’t aiming to get out of Los Angeles at first. My home is L.A. I wanted to end here, George stated (via CBS News).Paul George deemed the first contract offered by the Los Angeles Clippers to be “disrespectful,” which was one of the factors that led him to choose to leave the team. George and the Sixers have agreed to a four-year, $212 million maximum contract.
Mike Trout talks about his recuperation and comeback to the game.
Mike Trout has been preparing for his comeback to the field by taking baby measures. He ran outside without the need of a treadmill on Monday and took part in soft toss on the field for the first time since his injury.
Speaking about his recuperation, Mike Trout stated (per MLB.com):
“I feel fantastic, okay, and I’m moving forward like I should be. Moving about outside is more beneficial than being in the cage and weight room. It all comes down to the running progression. It feels amazing to hit. I had no soreness at all after taking 30 strokes outside.Due to surgery on his left knee, the 11-time All-Star has been on the injured list since April 30. Trout had a batting average of.220 and 10 home runs before to suffering a knee injury. In 29 games, he stole six bases and drove in 14 runs.
