Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman, the former MVP team, were present at the Dodger Stadium on Thursday for the seventh annual Blue Diamond Gala. For the occasion, they were joined by their better half.
Freeman was accompanied by Chelsea, while Mookie was with his wife, Brianna Betts. The pair attracted attention on the red carpet, with Brianna’s stylish black dress and Betts’ all-grey attire looking stunning together. Freeman looked amazing next to Chelsea’s all-black outfit in a traditional navy blue two-piece suit with a white shirt.
Mookie and Brianna got married in December 2021, and they have two kids: a male named Kaj Lynn Betts was born last year, and a daughter named Kynlee Ivory was born in 2018.
Conversely, the Freemans tied the knot in November of 2014. Through surrogacy and Chelsea’s pregnancy, they have three sons: Charlie, born in 2016, Brandon John, and Maximus Turner, born in 2020 and 2021, two months apart.
When it comes to a humorous zombie apocalypse question, Freddie Freeman chooses Jason Heyward. An abundance of Dodgers players, coaches, front office personnel, and ownership were present for the yearly Blue Diamond Gala. A hilarious question was posed to the players as they walked the red carpet: If there was a zombie apocalypse, which teammate would they want at their side?
Without hesitation, Freddie Freeman named Jason Heyward as his “best friend.”
“Just because he’s my best friend, I would always choose Jason,” Freeman stated (at 0:32 in the video below). “I have no idea what he could do. I say, “I just pick Jason, and together we fall.”
The question was also addressed by other players. Tyler Glasnow was chosen by Shohei Ohtani because of his size and forceful throwing style. Brusdar Graterol is a flame thrower pitcher whom catcher Will Smith selected, saying, “He’s big, scary, and you want him on your side.” Graterol was selected by Walker Buehler and Max Muncy for the same reason.
Miguel Rojas was the person Graterol chose to survive the zombie event when the question was posed to him. Yoshinobu Yamamoto, the sensational Japanese pitcher, trusted Shotime. When asked, Austin Barnes selected Dustin May.
