The half-acre property in the gated Shady Canyon area was purchased by Pujols for $5.5 million in 2012. In 2016, he listed the mansion for $7.75 million, but it never went through. He relisted the property for $9,980,000 in June 2023.

Despite not getting his asking price, Pujols still made a profit of more than $3 million.
