When the 2024 Major League Baseball season begins, Freddie Freeman will be ready to help the Los Angeles Dodgers reach new heights.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are heavy favorites to win the World Series with the addition of Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto to their already stellar team.

Chelsea, Freeman’s wife, posted a sweet photo of their infant sons Brandon and Maximus to Instagram stories while he was in spring training with the team.

A year and six weeks separated the births of the two boys, who were dubbed “twins with a twist,” in 2020 and 2021, respectively. They were bundled up in a blanket, and Freeman captioned the photo:

“I got a code to shop and my favorite blankets are back in stock!!!” Look at us; we can’t get enough of them.Charlie, the third son of the Freemans, was born at the beginning of 2016.

When Freddie and Chelsea Freeman discussed their infertility strugglesFreddie Freeman and Chelsea spoke about their struggles to conceive in an interview with ESPN in 2021:

“It was always my dream to have three kids by the time I was 30,” stated the actress. I really didn’t think it was possible when I was 29 and still hadn’t conceived…”Whether a family is looking towards fostering, adoption or surrogacy, children — no matter which way they come — are truly a blessing for any family.”The pair began consulting with experts to weigh their options:

“It was a lot of doctors’ appointments, a lot of procedures, a lot of tests,” said Chelsea. Since it was during baseball season, I had to do a lot of them by myself. It’ll be worth it in the end, but mentally, it was the worst thing I’ve ever had to endure.

Brandon, after Chelsea’s grandpa, and Maximus, after the former Atlanta Braves stadium, were the names they settled on.
