Shohei Ohtani’s Dog and Snow Sculpture Goes Viral When Dodgers ST Opens

During a snow event in Japan, a sculpture of Shohei Ohtani, a standout for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and his dog has gone viral.

Even we have to admit that it looks really realistic. While celebrating Ohtani’s second MVP award in three years, his dog “Decoy” became an internet sensation as he partied with his owner during the offseason.

It goes without saying that the genuine Ohtani is at Dodgers spring training. Since they start the season one week before most other teams, the squad reported to spring training today. On March 20 and 21, they will face off against the Padres in Korea.

In 2024, Ohtani hopes to build on an already stellar season. He received American League Most Valuable Player honors in his final season with the Angels after hitting 44 home runs. His contributions were important in Japan’s triumph in the World Baseball Classic.
