Although she was in Los Angeles on Sunday, Taylor Swift sat out the Chiefs’ game versus the Chargers. This was probably due to her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s choice to sit out the game in preparation for Kansas City’s forthcoming playoff trip.

On the contrary, Swift was seen at the 81st Annual Golden Globe Awards with some of the most famous athletes of our day, such as Freddie Freeman and Mookie Betts, who were both All-Stars for the Los Angeles Dodgers and former MLB MVPs.

Freeman was also in the background of a photo that Swift took with Bill Hader, an actor and comedian, and which has since gone viral:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sports and pop culture fans were stunneԀ to see Freeman and Betts, who are co-stars (and close friends off the field) of the Dodgers, sitting at a prominent table at the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the 2024 edition of the famous awards show. Their presence went viral, everyone.

No one was surprised to see Freeman and his wife getting ready for the Golden Globes because the Dodgers’ social media staff posted about it.

Additionally, Chelsea Freeman documented her attendance at the awards show on Instagram multiple times, where she playfully bemoaned the fact that her husband was in a photo with Swift while she was completely out of focus (unless you include the one where Selena Gomez and Swift are in the background).

Freddie will join Betts and the Dodgers this spring, where he will be joined by two-time AL MVP Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Tyler Glasnow, and Teoscar Hernández, among many other famous faces.
