The team for this year was constructed around his purported talents, but he still hasn’t figured out how to make it work.

Ham could be seen as a replaceable part for the Lakers until they pull off a season-saving deal similar to last year. The ‘new’ starting lineup that Ham unveiled recently is among the poorest in the NBA, and he still hasn’t figured out what’s wrong with his squad, despite the fact that the players’ skill sets are complementary.

The Lakers are in a Ԁire situation with their scoring shortfall; they need a coach who can play to their strengths or hope for a miraculous deal. Otherwise, there would be a plethora of qualified candidates for the position of coach ready to step in and replace Ham.
