Several members of the Miami Heat have moved into apartments across the street from the arena after the team’s huge playoff triumph, which was highlighted by an incredible 56-point beatdown by Jimmy Butler, as reported by The Post.
Just steps from their home base at the Kaseya Center, Miami Heat players Tyler Herro, Kyle Lowry, Victor Olidapo and Duncan Robinson have picked The Elser Hotel & Residences Miami as their preferred location.
It looks like the ideal spot to relax after a long game or practice, what with all the high-end facilities available here.
The freshly built structure, located at 398 NE Fifth St., comes with a fully equipped 646-unit hotel and condo tower.
There’s a 132-foot resort-style pool with exclusive lounge spaces and a 16-foot poolside screening LED wall, plus a 19,000-square-foot terrace with views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.
There’s a bar on the pool deck, perfect for toasting a victory.
“The Elser Hotel & Residences is more than just a hotel — it’s a home away from home,” Miami Heat guard and 23-year-old Herro told The Post.
“The fully furnished units are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect for whipping up a quick meal or entertaining friends,” he continued. And the balcony had wonderful views. There’s nowhere else in Miami where I’d rather remain.
There are also various lounges, smart package lockers, bike storage facilities, and a yoga lawn with views of Biscayne Bay in addition to the standard amenities such as co-working spaces, enormous modern gyms, and fitness studios with group courses.
In addition to Cafe Domino’s coffee shop, the resort will have a new lobby cocktail bar and restaurant from the minds of Jaguar Sun.Porcelain wood-grain tile is found throughout the homes, and sophisticated matte black fixtures can be found in the kitchens and bathrooms.
All elevators, lobbies, parking garages, and resident facilities have access controls, and there is a front desk staff available 24/7.
