Warriors fans express frustration following the absence of a goaltend call on Aaron Gordon against Stephen Curry

Via The Warriors: “Stephen Curry is the first player in NBA history to make 4+ threes in each of his first nine games of a season.”

Curry entered the evening with averages of 30.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 1.0 steals per contest, shooting 53.0% from the field and 47.5% from the three-point range in eight games. The Warriors currently hold a 6-2 record in their first eight games, securing them as the third seed in the Western Conference.

In their most recent game against the Detroit Pistons, they emerged victorious with a score of 120-109. Curry contributed 34 points, two rebounds, and four assists, shooting 12/26 from the field and 7/17 from the three-point range in 33 minutes of playing time.

Despite being in his 15th season, Curry remains among the top ten players in the NBA. In the previous season, he averaged 29.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per contest, with shooting percentages of 49.3% from the field and 42.7% from the three-point range in 56 games. The Warriors, formerly the sixth seed in the Western Conference, suffered a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round of the NBA playoffs.

Following their matchup against the Nuggets, they are set to play their next game against the Cleveland Cavaliers at home on Saturday evening at the Chase Center.
