Betts is well-known for his versatility; he has demonstrated bowling prowess, attempted golf, and, most importantly, a passion for the game of basketball. While Betts certainly loves the companionship of Major League Baseball’s elite players, he also clearly recognizes the value of Los Angeles Lakers star player LeBron James.

Betts was seen at the Lakers’ home opener against the Phoenix Suns on Thursday night at Crypto.com Arena.

The Lakers went on to defeat the Suns 100-95 on Thursday, avenging their season-opening defeat at the hands of the Denver Nuggets. In the final quarter, James took charge of the game and gave the Lakers a two-possession lead with two outstanding finishes at the rim.

A completely packed house, including Betts, watched as James, Anthony Davis, and the Lakers team delivered yet another unforgettable show.

Betts gave James a memorable performance at Dodger Stadium in late August, during the Dodgers regular season.

Mookie Betts gave a remarkable performance on the night of LeBron James’ bobblehead.
On August 19, Betts was in the thick of his push to win the National League MVP Award in the second game of the Dodgers’ doubleheader against the Miami Marlins.

Betts opened the game with a single home run in the third inning and added a two-run blast in the fifth on LeBron James bobblehead night. Following each home run, Betts acknowledged James, who gave him a round of applause and a tip of the cap.
