Anthony Rendon, newly signed by the Angels, receives a $6.1 million Newport Coast mansion

Anthony Rendon, the new third baseman for the Los Angeles Angels, spent $6.1 million in January to acquire a property in Newport Coast.

The pоwer-hitting infielder became available after the Washingtоn Natiоnals’ Wоrld Series victоry last оctоber.

The Angels paid him $245 million over seven years to join with them in December because of the tremendous demand for his talents.

The sale of his four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom property with ocean views was finalized not long afterward.

The 2017 home is situated on one of the largest lots in the gated community’s exclusive neighborhood. It features resort-style amenities and a stylish design according to architect Bob White of Laguna Beach’s Forest Studio.

The marble and quartzite counters, the wood-beamed ceilings, and the magnificent tile floors are just a few of the highlights.

The kitchen and living area of this home can be completely opened up to the outdoors thanks to the floor-to-ceiling movable doors that run the length of the space. There are two master suites, one on each floor, for the owner who values flexibility.

The kitchen is a real eye-catcher thanks to its stunning, extra-large quartz-topped island, high-tech equipment, custom cabinets, and high-end fixtures.

The dining room has two Sub-Zero wine coolers, perfect for storing bottles for a glass of wine after dinner. The enormous patio doubles as a breakfast nook and office.

Lush vegetatiоn, terraces, оcean views, and a Pebble Tec pооl with a hоt tub make up the well-designed оutdооr space.

There are also high-tech additions to the house, such as a security system by Smart Systems Technologies, home automation technology by Savant, and audio equipment by Sonos.

You can walk to Crystal Cove State Park, local eateries, and stores from this home. The posh Orange County neighborhood of this article is about a half-hour drive from Angels Stadium.

Rendon, now 29 years old, debuted with the Nationals in 2013 and has since gone on to win an All-Star Game MVP award and a Silver Slugger. He finished his time with the Nationals with a postseason effort that helped them win their first championship in franchise history.
