The $8.9 million listing for Steph Curry’s former East Bay house

California’s ALAMO This week, The Wall Street Journal revealed that Steph Curry, a player for the Golden State Warriors, and his spouse Ayesha had listed their custom-built home for $8.9 million.

The story states that the Currys constructed the home in 2018 and that it was sold off-market in 2019 for $6.4 million.

With six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and floating staircases, the mansion is 8,163 square feet in size. The kitchen has two islands instead of one, and the living room ceiling soars to thirty feet.

 

 

Covering 1.35 acres, the mansion has a 7-car garage and a state-of-the-art home theater facility. Redfin reports that the backyard features a $250,000 unique garden and an outdoor kitchen.
