The duo Damian Lillard – Giannis Antetokounmpo set a debut date, meeting with LeBron and Davis

The Milwaukee Bucks are set to unveil Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo in their upcoming preseason game, following the duo’s brief bench time in the NBA preseason series.

While this week has witnessed numerous NBA preseason games, Damian Lillard, the recently revealed transfer sensation, has yet to make his debut in the Bucks’ uniform. Fans are buzzing with anticipation for the real combat partnership of Giannis and Dame, especially given the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo in the Bucks’ first two preseason games. The blockbuster transfer also saw other prominent player moves, such as big man DeAndre Ayton transitioning from the Suns to the Blazers, and All-Star guard Jrue Holiday, who initially moved from the Bucks to the Blazers and was then traded to the Celtics.

The Milwaukee Bucks faithful and neutral basketball enthusiasts alike are eagerly awaiting the dynamic partnership between Giannis and Dame, which promises an exciting spectacle. Milwaukee Bucks head coach, Adrian Griffin, has confirmed that both Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard will hit the court in the upcoming preseason match, scheduled for Monday morning (October 16) in Vietnam time. The Bucks will face the Los Angeles Lakers, setting the stage for a thrilling showdown with the likes of Anthony Davis and LeBron James.

“We want to see both of them test themselves in a real combat environment. I know the fans are eager to see them (Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo – Reporter) play, but letting them both play is a process with many steps, and we don’t want to rush it,” shared Milwaukee Bucks’ captain.

While the dynamic duo has yet to participate in any official games together, they have been diligently practicing as a unit for several days.

Lillard attributed his preseason absence to his physical condition, expressing a desire to wait until he is in peak form before taking the court. Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Greek superstar, is known for his commitment to excellence, having recently undergone knee surgery during the summer.
