Braves vs. Nationals game postponed to sunday due to weather

The scheduled Braves vs. Nationals game on Saturday at Nationals Park has been postponed due to the threat of severe weather. To accommodate the postponed game, a split-admission doubleheader will now take place on Sunday.

The originally scheduled game for Sunday will still be played at 1:35 p.m. ET as Game 1 of the doubleheader. The game originally slated for 1:05 p.m. ET on Saturday will be rescheduled and played at 6:35 p.m. ET as Game 2.

Pitching plans for both teams have not been announced at this time.

Fans holding tickets for the Saturday game who are unable to attend Game 2 on Sunday will have the option to exchange their tickets.

They can choose to attend Game 1 of the doubleheader or exchange their tickets for a 2024 regular-season game through June 20, with some blackout date restrictions applying.
